    This took about two minutes to set up. I'm not sure what the difference is between the various different virus softwares, but the Best Buy salesperson recommended this over the others, so we took her advice.

    This came as a promo for 6 months with my new laptop. It still allowed a pop up and also blocked me from connecting to Wifi at a hotel when traveling (had to change settings, etc).

    Had Malware Virus embedded in my registry files for 2 months! Stopped in at my Bestbuy Store and one of their MGR's suggested I try this software to fix my problem. He said he's used this for 3 yrs. himself on his PC's. I purchased the 1 Yr. software plan, took it home, loaded it 2 days later on my laptop and the software completely cleaned up my infected files automatically, was able to send out my E-mails again, stopped the irritating popup ads window, and my 2 laptops were running just as smooth as silk from then on. I was able to also cover up to 3 computers with this 1 yr. plan. The software does a constant "watch" on my laptops 24/7 and I have never regretted my purchase. I would highly recommend the WEBROOT software and the price is worth it to get my systems working perfectly!

    I bought Kaspersky recommended by bestbuy staff, failed to install after many times of try, got exchange to a new CD, still failed without any hint. Then I asked to exchange to Webroot and installed immediately without any trouble.
