    I've been using webroot for over 5 years and have been very happy. It's a very lightweight but powerful application. I've never had any issues since using webroot so I can't answer about customer service.

    WEBROOT is easy to install and unlike competitors it's not a resource hog. Simple to use and very effective. Just make sure you don't just scan, but use the system optimizer and analyzer for best results.

    Tried it on my previous computer. Was not needed. I use mcafee through twc or just windows defender. I was going to install just for the free trial but meh.why waste hdd space.
