    we found it difficult to install on our laptop with no CD drive, we had to download, but the instructions were not very good on that. Once installed, appears to work well.

    This program was free with a computer purchase. We were told it was a 1 year subscription, but once it was activated it was only for 6 months. I would have been much more upset if I had to pay for it, but still not happy. Doesn't seem to be any better than the Norton I have been using for the last few years, and I can get Norton cheaper so I will go back to that this subscription is up.

    I used Norton before and Best buy talked me into using Webroot and I like it .so easy to install. I had so much trouble with the other one.At first I thought they got paid to say thet but now I believe the enployees
