Called Geek Squad due to installing it as renewal.

i love the security protection this product gives!

Needed to protect my laptop computer from viruses.

Tried Norton for years, so far liking Web root alot.

We purchased a laptop and with our purchase we received the anti-virus for our purchase of the laptop the anti-virus has been really good we have not been worried about viruses since our purchase

The only issue is that my son's Minecraft will no longer work even after all filters are turned off and we reloaded Minecraft.

It is great for keeping your computer running great.

The Geeks did a very good job in repairing my laptop

Everytime i purchase a laptop at Best Buy they offer me this security however it does nothing for my laptop. If you really want protection purchase norton or trend

This program is okay, but it has a really poor interface that I dislike. Still, it is usable and has been getting the job done for me, so I can't really complain.

I'll say easy to install and set up (esp. since the Geek Squad did it at the store in minutes on 2 different devices) - there are no slowdowns when running programs and includes protection from social networks.

I have been A norton user for years this came free with my laptop purchace it works well and is very simple to use.

Old computer crashed because I was using the free stuff. Had malware out the wazoo on old computer. Got new computer and bought this program that was rated very well. It has worked great. I would buy again.

Best Buy installed it when I took my laptop in for service, they said it is much better than my old system, so far it works fine.

The software is pretty decent as far as Antivirus programs go. It's easy to set up and fairly easy to use. It doesn't take up too much space and does what it needs to do.

Got this free with my laptop. Was easy to install, easy to use, seems like a good product. doesn't give me much for alerts....so that does worry me a little...I would think there would be occasional red flags?

this was easy to install on my three protected computers with the Geek Squad. I am happy with it so far and am glad I signed up for 3 years of service and protection, plus webroot is free with a Geek Squad plan.

I never had to my worry about my computer being protected and It alerted me right away for any possible viruses

Although I usually use an online free virus protector this one came with my computer purchase. I like the fact that it does continually check my computer against viruses and keeps me protected at all times.

I have tried other internet security devices and I have had problems. I have not had any problems so far with Webroot.
