I really like how easy this was to use. It was quick to install and it's equally quick to scan. I put it on my laptop, my Samsung S6 Edge cell, and (of course) my new Samsung Tab.

A friend of mine who is very picky about security used another product, but needed to rebuild his computer from an invasion... I have not had any problems...

It's better than not having a security program, makes me feel better even if I don't know what it does.

I have not had any problems with the software after having it for about a month, so it seems to be working for me.

Nice to be able to use it on more than one device. Easy to use, and easy to update it when your subscription has ended.

I got this because it came free with my computer. I installed it because I got some "virus found" message on the internet. My first scan took over 24 HOURS before I aborted it. I now only have it check the main, but not file and backup drives. It seems you can't select only ONE of the external drives, but only all of them. Then, it totally confused me as to how to delete any found problems. It's like this was written for computer experts, not users.

Installed this on Win 10 machine, lasted 3 days before I removed it. Slowed computer down, killed battery.

Believe I had a virus on my PC due to no internet service and PC would just go blank. Knowing GEEK for their knowledge of computers, I registered with their 2-year plan, and Webroot. Upon receiving my PC back, I haven't had any problems on my PC. I'm not literally technical computer wise, but I'm happy with Best Buy GEEK computer services. I have mentioned BEST Buy GEEK services to several people since they were complaining of cost. Informed them this is a one-time cost and can continue to bring in their computer(s) under a plan. I don't know if they went to Best Buy GEEK or not, but I do pass on your computer plan(s) and savings we consumers can save throughout an individual plan.

Easy to install, happy with end results. I received a 6 month free trail, will up-grade when completed.

I really recommend this software for people with little knowledge about software, it is easy to install and easy to use.

This is good software for ever day computing. It works well and has stopped a few viruses from getting on my computer

I was introduce to webroot a couple years ago by the geek squad and I was and am satisfied with program as it is a strong and easy to use safety tool I plan on still using it in the future.

Worth the money for the protection needed. Easy downloading and product immediately picked up issues that were present and removed them. Will purchase again without hesitation.

Does a excellent job of protection. Don't even know its running. Switched from Micro Trend which is also a good product.

Love, love, love my surface pro 3. Would not have sought it out as I do not need this much computer. Did have an issue with trying to install a 30 day trial for Microsoft office, opened up a lot of spam and locked my system and seriously slowed it....... had to go to geek squad as the Microsoft rep who said he would be in store was no where to be found for days at either locstion in Madison. Bought this anti virus and when in Chicago at a Microsoft store... the dude told me I had one on my computer. Would not have had to purchase.... feel a little let down after spending so much on the computer itself..... would be good to have more knowledge on this product in house.

When I called the number to help with download. The person from India said he would not install until the computer was cleaned up. After a cost of 299.00. He cleaned and installed the security software. I think you should advice customers that they may have much more cost than the original cost. He worked for a long time but I felt very uneasy about this. He said the computer would be safe for a year. I hope there will not be any more problems from this.

This is an excellent product, and is free with purchase of computer. But since Norton comes pre-installed, you might want to wait it out until Norton automatically expires and then install Webroot.

This came with the new computer that I brought. I put it on my other computers too. Very easy to use and works good.

I have webroot antivirus on my computer and love it. When I purchased my Note 8.0 I got a 6 month subscription thrown in free, which was awesome. In my opinion, webroot is one of the best antivirus protectors out there. I particularly like the feature that you can set up that if your tablet, etc. would get stolen you can lock the device so that no one can access your information. I would recommend it to anyone who has a tablet, computer, or smartphone for protection against viruses.
