But I switched to Webroot following the removal of a virus by my local Geek Squad. I must say, I am impressed by the security measures and seriousness of prevention techniques it affords me. I had to contact their technicians on three occasions while I was learning the software, both online and by phone. Received excellent support, knowledgeable and in a timely manner. Very happy with the results and the product.

We are sorry that you are experiencing popups.
Webroot will only block popups from malicious sources. If Webroot is showing the system as clean, it is likely that you are experiencing an issue caused by PUAs or Potentially Unwanted Applications.
These are not generally malicious and that is why we will not interfere with them, they are also always installed with user consent.
