Installed this on our Windows 8 computer without a hitch. Then I uninstalled Norton from my netbook and installed this on the netbook. I didn't think my netbook would be this fast in years.

I have had WebRoot protecting my PC for about 6 years, and have had only one failure in that time. It allowed a virus in on an email that disabled my PC, and the Geek Squad charged me over $100 to repair it. I guess 1 virus in 6 years is good protection, but the price of the fix for the Best Buy product's failure seems steep. I feel $40/yr for protection should include at least one free repair or service per year if the system fails to stop a virus.

Came with tablet hardware. Did not install I don't have a good opinion of FREE products that expire and the require payment to keep running

I love the feeling of security when using the internet; knowing that I am protecting my information & computer.

This antivirus software was easy to install and it seems like it does not take up a lot of extra resources.

not really sure what to say about this product. It came with my Apple Purchase. I assume it is doing it's job but i haven't a clue to be honest

its ok software I guess, it came free with purchase of laptop, but didn't matter because a Mac you need an external drive and I didn't get one

Everyone was courteous and helpful, however, it took them 3 visits to figure out my problem. They checked out the CPU and cleaned up some of the stuff inside and I took out a year's service contract which will be helpful. It turned out the monitor was shot and I bought a new monitor at your store. The new monitor has a good picture, and was very reasonably priced. Am happy with it and computer functions better after CPU checkup.

Got this free along with my laptop. Installed since last month and so far have not had any issues.

This software came with the new laptop. Have previously used Nortons so this is first time with webroot. Easy 2 install and should offer student enough protection while sharing files.

I have used this product for years on many computers. It works ok but still have viruses. When combined with an anti -malware it works better.

Must have item when purchasing a computer. This one works great no matter if you use it at home or on the road. Disappointing that you have to pay every year to keep it updates and usable.

great product but I was told mine was only a 6 month subscription that is the reason I gave it a 4

A new hard drive was installed in our old computer---went back to Windows 7 from Windows 10 ---seems to be faster, maybe a Little easier to use --- the computer is now back to almost like new condition. The explanation of what was wrong with the computer and what all it would need might as well have been in a foreign language---we had no idea what the consultant was talking about at any point---very difficult sales experience-

I have only installed on two systems thus far so I still have the ability to add to one more device. It is so reasonably priced compared to the other antiviral software out on the market.

After installed it to my computer I had trouble with my computer and I had to reset it. Haven't installed it since and computer works fine.

Seems to work really well. Had no difficulty setting up- just called Geek Squad number I was provided and they set it all up for me. Does not slow down computer at all like some do.
