Must have item when purchasing a computer. This one works great no matter if you use it at home or on the road. Disappointing that you have to pay every year to keep it updates and usable.

Surfing on internet or just connecting your computer, or smartphone, or any device it's a huge risk on these days. Using this product keeps me protected at all.

This software came with the new laptop. Have previously used Nortons so this is first time with webroot. Easy 2 install and should offer student enough protection while sharing files.

not really sure what to say about this product. It came with my Apple Purchase. I assume it is doing it's job but i haven't a clue to be honest

Came with tablet hardware. Did not install I don't have a good opinion of FREE products that expire and the require payment to keep running

I have only installed on two systems thus far so I still have the ability to add to one more device. It is so reasonably priced compared to the other antiviral software out on the market.

Maybe I just got lucky but since I started using Webroot I haven’t had any issues with viruses or hacking. It seems to have solved my virus issues.

its ok software I guess, it came free with purchase of laptop, but didn't matter because a Mac you need an external drive and I didn't get one

It was okay for the first 3 months would be better if it was a yearly subscription

So far it seems to work as expected and was easy to install on all my devices including tablets.

Installation was quick and easy. Once it was installed, I've been able to get through items without any problem.

I have used this product for years on many computers. It works ok but still have viruses. When combined with an anti -malware it works better.

Seems to work really well. Had no difficulty setting up- just called Geek Squad number I was provided and they set it all up for me. Does not slow down computer at all like some do.

It has been 2 months an no viruses, you get a pop up when it warns you, but I'm still not sure if what function "ok" means! All I know is that I am virus free. No spam types either.

We like this software better then others we have tried. Easy to use and to make edits or set up multiple users.

Everyone was courteous and helpful, however, it took them 3 visits to figure out my problem. They checked out the CPU and cleaned up some of the stuff inside and I took out a year's service contract which will be helpful. It turned out the monitor was shot and I bought a new monitor at your store. The new monitor has a good picture, and was very reasonably priced. Am happy with it and computer functions better after CPU checkup.

The installation is easy to do at home. I thought it would be hard to install on my own. Actually it was easy!

Got this free along with my laptop. Installed since last month and so far have not had any issues.

Purchased with my Mac book and I think it was worth it. Has kept my Mac virus free since it was purchased.
