This came free with my PC. It is good, but I prefer just using the built in Microsoft solution, which seems lighter on the PC's performance.

I have not had my computer very long - but things seem to be up and running just fine. The geek squad loaded this for me and as I watched them work - it seems to be a great product.

Had no issues with getting this installed and working. Our home connection is a bit "iffy" sometimes, and Webroot was good at helping me diagnose any problems.

This security system was quite easy to install and I feel confident that my new laptop is properly cared for.

We already had Webroot protection on our computers at home. When I had to replace my son's laptop, we went to Best Buy to purchase it. As part of the purchase bundle that included Geek Squad setup of the computer and an extended warranty, we were able to get Webroot for 3 devices. We had the Geek Squad install it on my son's computer, then I installed it on two other computers at home. I purchased a downloadable version of this same software for the remainder of our computers. Webroot is easily the best protection that I've ever used, and as long as it's available, it's the only thing I'll ever buy.

This was not at all what I thought it would be, pretty average, not bad just wasn't confident in the product so purchased a different one.

I had a virus on my desktop and it was installed by a technician and thus far it has shown to be doing what it says it can do. I have even used it on my laptop. Very good product.

I bought a HP laptop it came with the we root .i bought that laptop because the salesman Ahhad showed me the laptop with all the things I needed a the price was right .

I guess it's doing it's job. The only problem I have is when it takes a while to scan a site before it'll let me even get on the internet.

I received this free with the laptop I purchased for my wife. It's a easy install and secures your information while using the internet.

This security product is really pretty great, have installed all three licenses, including one on my Samsung galaxy S6 . And it works great for all three, especially on my phone. You can set up recurring scans over your entire device and check apps before you install them. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to add some security to their computer or mobile devices, especially for your children's devices.

We are a couple in our 70's and use our computer for entertainment only. The computer and this product was set up by our daughter-in-law .

Easy install and has caught multiple Malware...So far it seems this product is going to work OK.

I installed this product with a new computer purchase. Shortly after I installed it, I was searching the internet and picked up Malware. The program couldn't remove it. In fact it didn't even find all of its parts. Uninstalled the program and went back to Windows Defender bundled with the computer and Defender found the Malware and removed it. I wasted a week trying to make the program find the problem and even got help from support.

First time used this product. Always used Norton before. Was easy to install. Seems to be working just fine.

Came as part of Geek Squad protection but great deal to be used on up to 3 different devices. No problems on any of the 3 devices I have it on yet (after 3 months)

Webroot offers good protection for you device as opposed to others offer at my time of purchase.

I got this because it's what Best Buy recommended when they fixed my computer. I don't see much of a difference in it than any other, yet.

This product has served our family well. It helps to make sure everything is very secure with our computers. We have two teens at home and need the extra security this product provides.
