was recommended for my PC when it had a problem and was in your shop. I am not sure whether it is doing a good job or not. It doesn't say it is scanning emails or what? I am assuming that it is working. My computer is working fine and I am happy about that. So we will see I will have them check it again at the end of the year. This survey wondered if I would recommend but it didn't give me any options other than yes or no???

The installation went easy and the scan was run just after install. All seems to work well.

I got it for free when i bought my laptop so it was a good deal. So far for about 2 months it has kept my computer free from viruses. It was difficult to figure out how to install it.

I used the services of the Geek Squad. That part of you department works very hard for the limited amount of employees you have. It was difficult getting an appointment via the phone and the internet did not have the morning hours I wanted. The appointments started at 1:00. I purchased CD's and the gentleman was very helpful. Kudos to him, I look forward to shopping there during the holiday seasons should I need any electronic gifts. Mahalo

I am used to kaspersky interface and so switching to the webroot was different. It does its job but interface took some getting used to.

great great, great. notifies you about viruses and great at removing if you had. Replaced Norton Security on desktop with webroot. Cleaned it right up something Norton could not fix.

Works to prevent the possibility of a virus. Thus far, It has taken care of any virus threat.

Does what it's supposed to do. Not a bad deal since it came free with my new laptop purchase.

I haven't had any issues with internet security so far, so the product is working as promised to date.

Works great!!! I am always concerned that I can get a virus, spoke with my co-worker who is a big techie and he said that I would not have any problems with this.

This is my first time using Webroot security. Have not had any issues yet. Appears to be working well.

Easy to use and pretty simple software. Hopefully it'll continue to provide good protection.

Works great. It was very easy to install. Since installed, it seems to catch and prevent possible problems. With young kids, I highly recommend Webroot protection.

Haven't had long enough to really rate, but it was easy to install and haven't had any issues to date.

This is, in my opinion, the best security available right now. I have never had an issue while having Webroot installed on any device I own. Hands down the best.

I do not know much about antivirus but I feel good with the characteristics and representing protection
