I have had a Mac for about 5 years and didn't have Webroot before. Have never had any problems in the past so unsure about this product.

We bought my son a new Asus computer and this virus protection software. The software was installed by The Geek Squad, and so far has done its job -- no issues.

The programming software helps me keep my personal internet use from obtaining viruses which is a huge key factor when having to use any device for sustainability.

Antivirus for my laptop is great. Works perfectly. Not a big fan of antivirus as they slow down my system.

New security product for me, but was easy to set-up and so far seems to be working great.

Can't comment much since I already had a subscription with another provider but it is nice that it's free and handles multiple devices.

Product works on just my laptop and I was having trouble installing on my other devices; IPad and cell phone. So I called the Geek Squad to help me with this and was told that they couldn't help. The whole reason I got this product was so that I could install it on 3 devices. The apps to install on iPad and cell where difficult to navigate and they wouldn't run the security scans that I needed to have for my work. All that they offered were safe web browser but I don't need that, this was bought specifically for work and I ended up having to purchase additional products for security of cell phone and work iPad. May not sound like a big deal but I am required to have sensitive material. I also called the Webroot support help line which wasn't helpful at all either. Not sure if they outsource customer help but I couldn't understand what they were saying and offered little to no help. Overall just very frustrated and disappointed with product.

trying this, hope it works out okay because it came highly recommended by GEEK folks. Not sure I like the fact I have to pay annually

This software was thrown in by Best Buy at the time of my laptop purchase. Upon researching it, I found that it comes quite highly recommended. I've found that it does its job well, especially in giving you warnings about sites that might be malicious. At times, however, it appears to be an overzealous program as I seem to have had quite a few normal sites blocked as well. What would make it better is if it had an active tracker blocker, too.

It was very nice that this was included with our computer purchase for free...I could cancel our old one.

Great anti virus for computers and cell phones. Really easy to install and friendly to use

You should always makeep it a habit to put this on your computer. Very secure and helpful.

The Webroot product is very easy to install and has been working well since the installation.

I find no fault as yet with webroot, my disgust at your "professional" geek squad is enough to distrust any future fixes with them.
