The Geek Squad was able to remove all the viruses. While I was there I asked about a good anti-virus that would keep me safe since my computer is how I make my living. They installed Webroot and removed 2 other anti-viruses that obviously did not do what they were designed for. Needless to say I am very happy so far as the Webroot product has lived up to what they said it would do. It has kept my computer safe and given me piece of mind. That's all you can ask for now days with all the bad stuff out there. The price was worth this piece of mind.
