It was easy to install. I just wish it lasted longer. I am not real big on having to redo these things.

Although the geek squad loaded the program on my computer at best buy, i keep getting emails to activate the program. Im confused by this.

Doesn't slow my computer system down. Works great so far. Highly recommend. Better than Norton. Haven't used on iPad or iPhone yet but may try using it with those as well.

I love knowing that I dont have to worry about my computer falling prey to viruses or malware!

My security programs were messed up on my computer. This product was recommended and installed for me. It has been working fine. I appreciate the good advice I received.

Well honestly this still hasnt been installed on my mac it was just given to me for free and i havent gotten around to installing it,

It was nice to get this with purchase as this was an unexpected purchase and saving money is good!

Got Webrroot bundled with my Surface Pro 3 on a DVD, but by the time I realized I have no DVD player, I got a nice e-mail with detailed instruction, how to go to their website, download & install the program, and I had to use only the activation code from the box. Since installation Webroot found a few malwares and opted me out of suspicious web links, but I do not see its real power. The reviews on the internet are all positive.

The aluminum finish on this lap top is my biggest incline for the purchase however its performace is awesome... It's i7core processer and 1 tb memory is a nice feature to have with a touch screen option as well. When you are in the tablet mode unfortunaly the screen does not swivel where it allows you to place key board inside vs outside but for its value and peformance and great looks I would buy it again.

This was part of the package when we purchased the computer. Uninstalled the product that was pre installed and then installed the Webroot. Satisfied so far.

Easy to use, much less trouble than Norton. It could use a pop-up blocker. Still checking it out.

I recently had to bring my laptop into Best Buy due to technical difficulties. The IT team is great! They did find an alarming number of viruses/malware on my computer (I think it was ~80), but assured me that no virus protection software is perfect. New, more sophisticated threats form constantly. So, since I love Best Buy, and this is the product they recommend, I will continue to renew my subscription (along with my IT plan!)

Received as part of a promotional package, easy to install, no worries. Not intrusive either. Haven't had any issues with the software either. So far so good.

WEBROOT SecureAnywhere seems to be the ticket so far... I no longer respect or trust McAfee or Norton products. They are expensive, poor performing and their customer and tech support teams are ruthless. I paid $49 for the first year of McAfee Total Protection for 3 PCs, was automatically renewed the next year where they charged my card $99 (REALLY?), my PC was continually catching virus', spybots and other garbage that McAfee couldn't clean, I called in for support and they wanted me to pay $116 to fix my PC with no guarentee. Sorry Charlie... you just lost my business! And... Norton is a PC System Resource HOG!

I had a choice of several security programs with the purchase of my new laptop. Best Buy and Geek squad reccomended this vs. others. Never had a problem, never got a virus, barely notice it is running. Cons- does not have a password safe as my Norton 360 product did but the security is supposed to be far superior and I use Chrome as my browser which offers the remember password feature automatically.

Great product at a great price. Have never used before, but it does everything my old security system did, but at a better price. Will definitely purchase again in the future.

Webroot is a very simple and effective Internet Security product. It really does make you feel secure.
