The virus software came free with the mac computer I purchased. I installed it on parallels since I was told that the windows environment is more susceptible to viruses or malware. So far so good. I have not been notified of any activity to know if the software is doing what it supposed to but it is good insurance to have to remove any malicious files.

Received as part of a promotional package, easy to install, no worries. Not intrusive either. Haven't had any issues with the software either. So far so good.

Just installed because computer came with 30days of Norton for free but so far it seems to do good.

I didn't believe it would be as good as Norton but I now believe it is just as good if not better and much more economical if you have to purchase a more sophisticated program.

I had a choice of several security programs with the purchase of my new laptop. Best Buy and Geek squad reccomended this vs. others. Never had a problem, never got a virus, barely notice it is running. Cons- does not have a password safe as my Norton 360 product did but the security is supposed to be far superior and I use Chrome as my browser which offers the remember password feature automatically.

Was set up on my computer by Best Buy and so far have no issues. Easy to navigate and check scans.

This works as advertised. It was recommended by my Best Buy salesperson and she was right on the money.

Pretty good for a basic virus protection. I used it on my surface pro and it notifies when something was downloaded.

I was having problems with my computer and took it to best buy to get it fix I was running the anti virus that came with the computer but I guess it didn't prevent my computer from catching a virus anyway best buy geek squad solve the problem and install the webroot security software on my computer. it's been about a year now and no problem you don't even know when it's scanning cause my computer doesn't slow down at all when scanning like it did with the old antivirus software but now it's working like 9 trillion and that's fantastic thumbs up bestbuy.......

Doesn't slow my computer system down. Works great so far. Highly recommend. Better than Norton. Haven't used on iPad or iPhone yet but may try using it with those as well.

I'm happy I purchased this item because I feel confident my computer is being protected.

Although the geek squad loaded the program on my computer at best buy, i keep getting emails to activate the program. Im confused by this.

My security programs were messed up on my computer. This product was recommended and installed for me. It has been working fine. I appreciate the good advice I received.

It was nice to get this with purchase as this was an unexpected purchase and saving money is good!

It was easy to install. I just wish it lasted longer. I am not real big on having to redo these things.

Got Webrroot bundled with my Surface Pro 3 on a DVD, but by the time I realized I have no DVD player, I got a nice e-mail with detailed instruction, how to go to their website, download & install the program, and I had to use only the activation code from the box. Since installation Webroot found a few malwares and opted me out of suspicious web links, but I do not see its real power. The reviews on the internet are all positive.
