It seems to see threats in everything, which I suppose is a good thing, but it's slightly annoying to have to create a "safe" list.

This comes handy for the time being right after you make a computer purchase. it keeps you safe long enough to find a secure virus protector. BUT keep it too long after the expiration it will start to prompt you to purchase the extension for continued service. I recommend just finding a better service provider like NORTON instead. Its about the same price except Norton is of much better quality in keeping you safe

Great price for the puechase. Definitely comes in handy when you have a new computer.

This was recommended by Best Buy cause my Norton just kept running and running and slowed my computer way down. So far this Internet Security program seems to run much better.

The product seems easy enough to understand and use. I have it running on my wife's work laptop and I installed it on my home desktop so that I'd know how to use it on my wife's machine. I have recently noticed that I can not open more than 1 website on my desktop. The 2nd website attempt stalls and times out. Very frustrating. This has never happenned to me before. I thought that it might be Comcast (my internet provider) as Comcast has recently experienced connectivity issues due to a severed fiber trunk. But, in my mind, I considered Webroot as the potential culpret because the problems with website connectivity issues started right after I installed Webroot. Yesterday, I suspended Webroot and my internet responsivness went back to where I could open up multiple web sites and have them active simultaneously. I have to deduce that my problems were caused by Webroot. I will restart Webroot and test my connectivity once again. If my problems pop back up, then I know that Webroot was the cause.

Good antivirus software. Does not show you when you have had any virus attempts.

with the security virus protection, I don't have to worry about my computer getting any viruses.

I got this for free when I bought my laptop. Its nice to get some protection for something you just bought. It works great and so far I have had no issues.
