Once installed, my computer does not recognize I have renewed this product. Got to have security. I like it on my cell phone to disarm my phone or track it if lost or stolen

Was a little skeptical at first since I had always used Norton but so far this is just as good if not better. Takes up less space on my hard drive and continuously protects!!

Has most of the features one is looking for. I like the fact that I can use it for more than one machine (multiple user license)

I got this originally in 2015. After using it over the last 2 years, I have had literally no problems with viruses on any of my devices. Very happy!

This was a good product when my computer crashed from a virus. Geek Squad hooked me up.

The computer came installed with McAfee security software. I installed this software, and everything seems to be working just fine.

This item came free with my MacBook purchase. I guess it is all right. I really am not sure. I bought the laptop for my daughter.

I switched from McAfee to web-root Because of price and it doesn't noticeably slow down the computer but still provides equally good virus protection. It hasn't disappointed me.

I am very happy with WebRoot anti-virus. The only problem I have with it is that WebRoot online system won't allow me access because I forgot my password. Getting into their online system is something I haven't been able to do - because I can't prove to their online system that I am who I am. They need to have a way to check out my system to see who I am and allow me to change the password so I can use WebRoot more completely.

It was easy to install and set up. I'm not sure how good it is or isn't but so far it's been great!

I haven't used it for my computer but used it on a laptop and overall pretty good. I like Micro Trend better but this does the job.

It seems to do a good job at catching and identifying virus and malware. easy setup.

Its suppose to be a great product and it is great product security wise + a friend told me about it.

webroot has worked well on our computer so far. we have not had any viruses or other issues so far.

The price was right as it was free with purchase of Surface Pro2. doesn't seem to slow things down.

I guess the reason that Best Buy gave this with purchase is that it might not be so great as to sell it, it's okay, I guess..

The Geek Squad installed this for me. I assume it is working well as I have had no issues. I have not found it as aggravating as McAfee which is on my other equipment

I have never had any problems with my computer getting any viruses with the software it's great.
