Good antivirus software. Does not show you when you have had any virus attempts.

No issues as of yet. Great product. I was always very happy using Malware Bytes with Windows security but Webroot found issues that the other program did not. Very satisfied.

I am satisfied with the product so far I actually like it better than any virus program I have used.

I had Best Buy install Webroot before I took my new laptop home. I have peace of mind that my laptop is safe. Several items have been caught before any problem could occur.

Effective Internet security program to defend against malicious websites. Con - only one year subscription and then must renew.

I guess the reason that Best Buy gave this with purchase is that it might not be so great as to sell it, it's okay, I guess..

I got this originally in 2015. After using it over the last 2 years, I have had literally no problems with viruses on any of my devices. Very happy!

this software was a nice addition to my computer and I could not beat the price which was free

It seems to do a good job at catching and identifying virus and malware. easy setup.

pretty much free with student discount deals. only reason i got it. works pretty good

Have been told by many Apple users that this product wasn't really needed. It took awhile to download and was a little confusing

I didn't want to pay for protection so I loaded a free package. I loaded something that I shouldn't have and my new computer was dead dog slow. So, I ran the scan. The free software told me I had like 180 registry problems and it would fix only a small portion for free. I opted out, uninstalled and loaded WEBROOT. The scan found the 1 culprit and it took care of it immediately. Problem solved. I can't speak to the price because I'm in the free trial period. I guess I'm going to pay, but it's worth it. Btw, I'm on Windows 8. My daughter is on Windows 7 with free protection. It seems to work for her, but not for me.

An absolute must for anyone using a PC these days. Highly recommend this product, easy to load and easy to operate while keeping your info safe and secure

Yes, for a free software, this is ok. Unfortunately, I really prefer Norton, which is no longer available at Best Buy for some reason.

Easy to install and set scheduled scans. Came highly recommended by BB staff for its security features and expansive anti everything bad protection! Not disappointed!

Good for making sure files and emails do not download. Has some bells and whistles but overall a good standard security system.

Software was one comp'd with laptop purchase. Easy install and set up. So far so good.

this does a nice job of protecting the product. not sure it is worth the money to continue its use.

It was free with computer purchase and was told it is a good security product but locks up and locks you out of routine programs, sites and WiFi's outside of the home. I find I have to disable it frequently to get to normal sites and work pages...I may go back to Kaspersky...no issues ever with that software. Windows 8 may also be part of the problem.
