I am happy that I received this product with my purchase. It is a great start to encourage customers to protect their machines.

I will be repurchasing this virus protection again in February 2018 for my laptop PC. It is a wonderful virus protection for any & all home PC's.

Wish this could be included on the computer without having to install additional. Also wish it could last longer than a year.

I feel really happy having this product installed in my laptop I know I can work secure knowing this product is taking care from any suspicious viruses.

I didn't want to pay for protection so I loaded a free package. I loaded something that I shouldn't have and my new computer was dead dog slow. So, I ran the scan. The free software told me I had like 180 registry problems and it would fix only a small portion for free. I opted out, uninstalled and loaded WEBROOT. The scan found the 1 culprit and it took care of it immediately. Problem solved. I can't speak to the price because I'm in the free trial period. I guess I'm going to pay, but it's worth it. Btw, I'm on Windows 8. My daughter is on Windows 7 with free protection. It seems to work for her, but not for me.

Easy to install and set scheduled scans. Came highly recommended by BB staff for its security features and expansive anti everything bad protection! Not disappointed!

Yes, for a free software, this is ok. Unfortunately, I really prefer Norton, which is no longer available at Best Buy for some reason.

but how would I know. Easy to install. Probably very competitive with other products out there. Glad it came with the computer.

It seems to be working fine but bc it's a new laptop, it's hard to predict how effectively it's going to protect the computer.

No pop up to remind me. It automatically checks and I have nothing to worry about. Would definitely recommend the trial offer.

I'm a long term Norton user and switched to Webroot on recommendation of a Best Buy employee. So far the product works as specified and has thwarted any cyber attacks. The biggest selling point over it's competitor was the small amount of resources this actually uses. I took nearly no time to install and scans are very quick without jamming up my PC. Also, the price comparison is much better than any others for what it offers.

It was free with computer purchase and was told it is a good security product but locks up and locks you out of routine programs, sites and WiFi's outside of the home. I find I have to disable it frequently to get to normal sites and work pages...I may go back to Kaspersky...no issues ever with that software. Windows 8 may also be part of the problem.

Everyone should do something to protect your computer. This product is a good one.

this does a nice job of protecting the product. not sure it is worth the money to continue its use.
