The program was very simple to install - I am not very computer literate so I need all the help I can get. Program seems to be working as it should and I'm very satisfied.

This software goes along great with my new Macbook Air. It helps by taking away the worry of getting a computer virus/or your important information from being hacked.

This came free with purchase of a laptop from BB. Up to this point I've only used free antivirus software (AVG, Microsoft Security Essentials). The version I have can be installed on three computers, so I installed it on my laptop, my wife's laptop, and our desktop. The scans don't take very long, even the full scan, and don't slow our systems down much while running. It's free for a year, and if it works well we'll renew.

This was so easy to install and fast. I am just trying to get it installed on my I phone now

great idea, worth the price and can be uses for mac and windows.. use for all computers in he house

i had norton security on my old laptop & was happy with it, best buy recommended webroot. i had the geek squad set up my new laptop & so far, i'm happy with the program. for one who isn't that good at techno stuff, it was easy to download on my phone, too, i haven't been able to download it onto my ipad yet after a couple of attempts but will likely get ahold of the geek squad to help me.

This product came free with my new laptop. It's an alright program, but I think that there are better products on the market.

Obviously, I am not a fan of Microsoft and am devoted Apple user trying to avoid using Microsoft but this product is perfect and FREE :) with purchase!

it was easy to load and run on the computer but scratches easy have to keep in box to protect

The Software seems to work well. It doesn't slow down my laptop and was bundled free when I bought it, so it saved me some cash.

This came with the tablet I purchased. I installed it and regretted it immediately. It takes forever to run, the interface is lousy, and it slows things down way to much. It also blocks websites claiming they are a security risk. My own site was blocked. I could not access my own business website. I received a message stating it was a security risk and had a score of 51. I requested they change it and the most they did was bump me to a 81. This really makes me angry, I don't want potential clients to click on my site and think it's a security risk! They check it when you request and it shows there is no threat, no malware, no virus, nothing bad at all. Yet they still blocked it. There is no way around to access the site if they block. Funny thing is it wasn't blocked in the beginning. I check my site every day right after I check my stats. I was quite angry to be blocked for a made up reason.

I still have Norton on my computer and have had it for many years. Webroot I don't understand and cannot use it when I want to.

used for protecting my sons new laptop...the value is great and the protection thus far has been superb. Took the advice of the salesman at Best Buy and saved about $30.

Easy installation. No problems with security now.better than Kerpansky with automatic updates

Prefer to continue using another product I have used in the past and am happy with the results received. Have not used Webroot.

Great protection for pic at a reasonable price. Does great with virus protection.

I was suggested this at purchase, and installed it, and was not sure if it installed correctly. then now to date it seems I keep getting these mcafee alerts saying free trial is over but still not sure if webroot is working. so waited for upgrade to windows 10 which I got last night and taking everything in for assistance. not as easy for a disabled person whith limited funds, resources, and transportation

Protecting your computer is the first thing you need to do when you get a new one. Luckily this was included with my computer purchase. IT was very fast to install and does a good job. But he best part is how fast it is. Even though it runs all the time in the background it doesn't really drain system resources so it scans fast. It also updates all the time by itself in real time! So your protection is always up to date.
