It was about ten days after the purchase when I finally downloaded this software after the Geek Squad emailed me to remind me to do so. It downloaded in a snap. This was a bundled purchase along with an Acer Notebook of which the software was on sale at a ridiculously cheap price which sold me. Only time will tell how successful it will be which is why I reserved five star rating for now.

I was really undecisive on which antivirus was best, thankfully I had really good help at the store. Easy to install and easy to use. Very satisfied with Webroot.

I definitely debated on purchasing this. I ended up buying the entire insurance package that includes, damages, viruses etc. I figured if I spent 1,300$ plus on a computer ( a computer that I'm going to want to use for 3 plus years - a Mac) then I might as well fork out the 300$ for 3 years worth of protection. I have had the computer almost 2 months and haven't had to use it, but it is worry-free knowing that if something goes wrong, I'm covered. Plus I can add 2 other devices to the coverage as well. My mom has a PC and it's garbage, always getting viruses. I'm going to add hers on as well
