There was a question about compatibility with El Capitan.. So after an hour at Best Buy we went home and called Apple and Webroot. Webroot support was closed. Apple was able to assist in installing it, although it was very slow. We spent 45 minutes on the phone with an Apple Advisor. Can not comment on how effective it is since we just installed it.
