Didn't use cuz iMac doesn't really need

Quick fix for annoying computer viruses

Useless software

Disappointing Service

I was promised they would put my desk top items in a folder I could open and reset to desk top, I can't. My computer is slower than it was when I turned it in. 40 minutes for all their programs to load. I can't get their in store Techs to answer the phone, so I went on line. Not good experience. Spent 35 minutes and no resolution.
