easy to use, I put it on my dad's computer because he needed something new and with something so easy I knew he would be able to use it without much help from me.

Software has worked very well to keep virus and malware out of our computers

This is my first time using this software, I guess I could sum up everything by saying, "so far, so good". I have not found anything bad about this software. As best as I can tell it is doing a good job keeping the computer safe from hackers and such. Of course it is usually too late or sometimes we never find out when the "bad guys" are able to break through the fire walls and such.

Not much to say really. I am loving Webroot so far. It's always doing it's job as it seems. It was super easy to install on laptops with or without a CD drive.

Seems to work well for the price. Have had McCaffe in the past and I like this better.

Easy to use easy to update. Aesthetically pleasing to see when open. All my computers have it and I would rather have it than any other spyware

Purchased this software through geek squad for my daughters first laptop. It was affordable and seems to have done the job… Time for renewal !

Software came free with laptop purchase and after installing followed the prompts on the screen and was ready to transfer files from my old laptop to my new one in no time. A screen comes up and shows how big the files are and asks a couple simple to understand questions and then gives you an approximate timeframe for how long the transfer will take. I did this before going to bed so that in the morning before work it was ready and all the files I moved were there as promised. I would suggest you have some knowledge of files and computers before using otherwise have someone help.

The product seems to be doing its job---very similar to Norton that I had on my old laptop

It was very easy to set up and install. You definitely need protection on your computer.

The software is on three of my computers and haven't had any issues with them.

Although you don't see any improvements initially, it feels good to know that a product can help you in the long run.

Have used this products for a long time and am happy to have the program again for my new computer. However, I receive this product from my local cable company.

I rate this with an average score because I saw little difference compared to other security software that I have used.

Product was easy to install and works as intended. I would buy this anti-virus again.
