I had to call the geek squad to get it off my computer to allow me to use it again. It took them almost an hour. I can't believe Best Buy does business with and promotes this company (WebRoot). I spent $1800 on a Sonas system prior to buying my Dell at BB and will not buy another thing with you because of your providing me with WebRoot. You gained a customer who spent a lot of money and you lost a customer who spent a lot of money (totally satisfied with the purchased products Sonas and Dell) because you gave me a $20 free security software disk that didn't work because WebRoot told me it wasn't free and demanded money form me

If you received a free promotion from Best Buy it needs to be installed as soon as you received it. We offer free support for all of our products and could have removed Webroot for you if need be.

I also like that it protects up to 3 operating systems. Rarely, do I get viruses that corrupt my computer. But I have had to call the Geek squad at least twice about a message received across my computer, since the software was downloaded to my computer. For the most part the software is reliable
