    I've purchased 2 laptops from BB in the last 6 months, both coming with this protection. There's not a Zillion pop-ups and notifications like Norton and McAfee and it still does its' job! My parents are older and were hacked once before, but not with Webroot! I like how it tells you the safeness of the sites before you open them! The subscription must vary with the price of the product. My 1K laptop it came with a year and my dad $315 laptop only came with 3 months.

    Had and issue getting my tablet added to the account and got the run about from Webroot. I was told to take the tablet back to Best Buy to let the Geeks install it. That's not happening unless you bought Geek protection. After a few more phone calls I was able to add the tablet to the account. So far the software is working ok, no other problems.
