Have NOT had any problems with it since my initial purchase. Setting up the account on the WebRoot web site was more difficult than anticipated but worth the frustration. Really am happy to have it on my cell phone. Don't receive tons of gimic emails to "upgrade" or "download software". That's a big plus.
