This security software came with the computer purchase and works as advertised.

This software is good for one year. I have had no problems with it so far, but have only used it for about two months.

It's quick and easy to use Haven't caught anything with it but geek squad uses it.

Best Buy gives you this for free anytime you buy a tablet or computer. I guess that makes it a good deal? I'm not sure I would recommend this over the free Microsoft Security Essentials (included in Windows 8, free download on Windows 7), but its a nice option to have.

I don't know if it is helpful and works well because I never used it.

Easy to install. Had no problems with unwanted pop ups or viruses. Feel as though my computer is safe.

geek squad replaced kaspersky to webroot because kaspersky wasnt letting me get in my emails on firefox brwser. The kaspersky was taking over my internet browser. so i went to best buy n sat with a geek squad agent for 8 HOURS!!!, N HE FINALLY figured out it was kasperky that was causing the problem so he switched my antivirus protection to webroot. and its all better now.

Very Easy to use with Quick Installation! Great Value

I received a year subscription for this product free with purchase of my laptop, and it was installed for me. I am an avid Avast or AVG user, so I would not have purchased this otherwise. So far I have no complaints, although I dare say it is almost "too quiet" - I sometimes wonder whether it is still running. I am used to software that pops up daily "up to date" notices any time it connects to the internet and validates that it is the current version. I haven't seen any pop-ups or alerts from it, so I assume it is doing its job. On the other hand, I greatly appreciate that it is not the obnixous, dominating software like Norton or Mcafee, thank goodness. It does not try to take over every other bit of software on your computer, nor does it constantly pester you to install any sister products. I can't say I've found it to be any better than the free products I am used to using, so I doubt I would re-purchase.
