If you set it up for the 3 month test drive, the nagware embedded into the program will drive you made. Skip it, and go for better, cheaper, options.

My son is now happy with his laptop and so is the rest of the house!

However they insisted that I buy the code online on their website and it took a great deal of time to figure out how to uninstall the version I had so I could reinstall it with my new disk. It was a hassle but the web protection seems to work well.

There is no need to uninstall the previous version if you renew.
All you need to do is click the gear icon next to "My Account" and then enter your keycode in the field provided.
After doing this, Webroot will scan and then you are all set.
