So far: I like it because it's keeping my computer virus free since I got it fix over the this past summer.

Quick and easy to upload, appears to be doing it's job and being free...not going to complain!

It's a Dell! what is there not to like....style, quality and performance. it's hard to beat that.

I have been a Norton user for many years, and have also used MacAfee off and on. I switched to Webroot because it was less expensive and had fantastic reviews from both consumers and reputable sites like PC Mag and Cnet. The installation was fast, it does not slow the computer down at all, and this software found malware and viruses that the other products did not. I now run this on all our desktops and laptops, and highly recommend it to everyone.

This product seems to be working ok. I have scanned my computer several times to find no problems. It does not, however, tell you the cause of a slow computer. Brand new computer, no downloads, yet the computer started running slow - common symptom of a virus - the program has not detected one.

Web Root is fast, simple, and offers great protection so that I don't have to worry about viruses anymore.

I have had webroot since 2012 and its seems to take care of my computer.

stylish and efficient, a few tricks I have learned along the way ; for a paper jam there is a door on the back that releases and pulls down for easy removal. The paper in and out tray are closer together than my old one so learning how to use was a little tricky but customer support from canon has been great! and I wasn't able to make it work with my computer for wireless, but it works great as a wired product! love it!

This is a good service that Best Buy provides and is a decent Virus scanner.

It came free with my laptop, so I gave it a brief try. Not too bad, but the integrated Windows Defender and Microsoft Security Essentials programs do a great job keeping my computer protected. I do not plan on renewing a subscription after the year is up.

I love Webroot. It was easy to install, I was protected before I went online. Normally that is not the case.

I have always used mcafee for anti virus for as long as I can remember. When I bought my laptop and was offered this I had to question if it was better or not which I was quickly assured it was. I decided to try it out and I have to say It definitely is better then mcafee. It runs in the back ground without slowing down my system and runs system scans automatically only during periods when the computer is not in use so it doesn't interfere with my work.

Nice program and easy to install up to 3 devices. Doesn't use a lot of RAM. Very user friendly.
