    No online or installed product is better than 50% effective. If you go online, the tracking software thugs will find a way to cause you harm. This product seems to like updating itself and slowing down the laptop I bought with it.

    When I first began installing the product, I had to do it online since my laptop did not come with a CD rom drive. The website for the software download continued to give me errors. I had to the one month trial of the preinstalled security software. Once that product reached it's expiration I went back online and again attempted to install the product. At that time, the installation when through smoothly. I was impressed with the features.
