This product seems to be doing what it is intended to do. I'm not really sure how to tell, but we haven't experienced any problems. I wish it were able to override the Norton Security built into our system (which we don't want) so we wouldn't keep getting warnings from Norton about installing their product.

Really like this new security for my computer. It doesn't slow my computer down like it has in the past.

Webroot is excellent for keeping the computer safe. I am glad to be able to ask questions when needed.

This came with my laptop but i actually use avg on all of my computers.

Unlike the slew of other Security products I have tried, the M one, The N one and the K one, this product protects so unobtrusively that sometimes I wonder if its even there at all! For that reason alone, and because the K, M, and N were such boorish attention seekers and resource hogs, I wholeheartedly recommend Webroot Security as the only product I will use in the future. Please, Webroot, don't let me down!

This is a good antivirus service compared to others that I've used.

They say its better than Macafee. I hv it for 2yrs bc of the protection for my new laptop.

I asked the sales person to recommend a good security product that was simple to use as a beginner. It is very easy to install. I also love being registered with Best Buy, because as I was opening the keycode, the label tore and the numbers were unreadable. All I had to do was call customer service and they had a record of my purchases, therefore was able to give me the keycode I needed right over the phone!

I like it, never used before let's see how effective is against viruses

Got a nasty virus on my comp. webroot was recommended at a good price. Install was very simple and easy. It did remove the crypto virus and it works in the background very well. Webroot warns me of bad web sites and scans without slowing down my laptop. Very happy. Money well spent.

Webroot is very simple to install and use. This system is also very complete in catching all kinds of threats. It will catch anything from the smallest threat to a huge threat. It will not lock up your computer or slow it down at all. It does notify you of any threat that it has quarantined or stopped. You do still have the choice to go back and make changes if it blocked something that you know is really ok.

Have used webroot for years love the way it protects my laptop and my husband and daughters.

This is easy to use and maneuver within the program. It does not take u a lot of space which is nice.
