I have only had this software on my MacBook Pro for about a month. It seems to be working fine and doesn't interfere with everything I am doing which is nice. It was highly recommended by the Apple Rep at Best Buy when I purchased my new computer. Too early to give it five stars but so far so good.

The software was easy to install and seems to be really good and at protecting from invasion of virus.

I had the same one 3 years ago and had no problems. Just purchased the same one this year.

It installed easy, and works as it should. It's good for a year and up to three devices.

Webroot has never allowed a virus to infect my laptop but has alerted me to many attempts!

We purchased this when we had our old PC serviced by the Geek Squad. They also added it to one of our laptops. Then when we upgraded they added it to our new PC. It seems to be working in the background. We have had no problems with spam, popups or viruses. Previously we had an upgraded MacAfee service and at that time we had numerous problems with our computers. It could have been coincidence but we've had smooth sailing with the Webroot.

seems to effectively protect the laptop. don't like the additional pop-up tho when making a transaction on any browser. it urges u to open a new window. seems like a nuissance. should just continue protection on the same window.

It is good to have virus protection that works and it does not slow my machine to a crawl.

Okay anti virus for web. Blocks some sites that you would like to use.

I got this for free when my niece bought her apple laptop. I highly recommend this product.

Easy to set up. Just follow the directions on the box and everything takes care of itself.

I have used Trend Micro in the past. I tried to use it this time during the trial period but the product was not compatible with Wind 10. Why, I don't know. In the beginning (using Webroot as a trial) I kept getting web threats, constantly, having to close down the computer. I called Geek Squad and all they could say was "bring your computer in and we'll look at it." I couldn't believe it. I had a 3-day old computer and that's the only help Geek Squad could give me. I was not happy. I'll probably go back to Trend Micro when the trial is over. I have never been happy with Geek Squad. Tried to use them before this computer and they were expensive and had very low personal skills. They don't like to give any advice - that's free - and they want to get paid for everything.

I was referred to this product by the tech person in Best Buy based on my specific purchase. He seemed very knowledgeable about this type of software and personally uses this product. It does what is advertised and doesn't take up a lot of resources on my ultra book which has a smaller solid state drive.

It feels like it adds bulk to the os. Not really sure if I need it.

I love how protected I feel using this download! It was easy to install and easy to use.

I purchased coverage for a full year. It was easy to install. It hasn't been annoying, works well.
