Three stars only because it is not as good as other such as AVG.

I had no idea about security programs until the guy at the Geek Squad explained it to me. On 2 separate trips to Best Buy and speaking to two different guys from the Geek Squad, they both recommended Webroot; it was the internet security program they each used. I decided they must know what they are talking about if they use it themselves. If it was good enough for them then fine, it's good enough for me!

Webroot seems to have the best overall protection for my divices, and the price is right.

I feel secure with Web Root. Good price and Geek Squad endorsed which is enough for me.

It was easy to install this software. Looks like it will do an excellent job of fighting viruses.

Webroot came with my extended warranty, eventhough I already have a yearly contract for it that I had recently renewed. It has been working fine on my on my laptop. I just don't understand why I can't use it after my purchased Webroot runs out. It seems like a waste of my money.

We're ran Webroot for over a year now with great success. Unlike other antivirus software, we have had no system speed degradation. The internet protection is great. Pull up a search and Webroot tells you with icons the risk factor of going to each site. If you're not paying attention to or using the icon list, it will flash a screen up warning you about going into a webpage with known security issues.

I gave Webroot five stars because I believe it is the best antivirus thus far that I have used. However, I purchased the 2 year Geek Squad with this computer and Webroot must be purchased on a yearly basis, which I believe that it should only have to be repurchased when the Geek Squad warranty is up. Makes not sense to me, only that Geek Squad will be doing more work if the antivirus is up in one year.

It came free with my computer so it was an awesome deal. Works well.

I have used Norton forever and never had any issues, and so far I've had no issues with Webroot. What I really love about Webroot is the way it automatically blocks ads everywhere I go on the internet! What a time saver. And it won't let me go to questionable websites unless I really really want to. This alone has sped up my internet browsing ability. Don't be afraid, Norton users, you will love this!

Laptop does not have a cd drive. Cannot use it on this product..

We had Norton before and once Geek Squad cleaned up my computer they recommended webroot to insure greater internet security. We thought that we may as well give it a try. We haven't had it for very long yet, but so far we are happy with it and we have not had any security issues.

I'm a repeat customer and have been satisfied. I haven't had any problems with it.

Not bad, not great, but it was free so I can't really complain.

Set-up was pretty easy. Just learning the different ways this works is a good while, but helpful
