You can control when you want your system scanned. I have only used the service department once or twice (because I'm basically computer illiterate), but when I did, they were extremely helpful and polite. The product is on auto-pilot for the most part. I feel safe knowing my computer is protected from threats.

It has done absalutley nothing for protection I have removed it off all but 1 comp and installed a different program ..... I saw the price of this at BB and in my opinion it's not even worth it ... when Security Essentials does 1000x better and thats free

I have used several other anti viruses over the years and have found this to work the best. Have had several attacks on both laptops and not once have I had a problem with this! Others have not held up to expectations OR what they were advertised to do. I have bought and updated to the newest version twice now and do not see myself using anything else! Great product and recommend it highly!
