I usually go with whatever the deal is at the moment. I've never had any problems with either one. I had the Geek Squad install this on my latest laptop purchase because it was a good value at the time of purchase.

YET, in order to get that, I had to purchase Tech Support for $99.00 (which also included 1 year of extra insurance (warranty) for $0.99. I didn't feel the need for tech support, but they are there if I do need them. So overall, I'm satisfied!

I honestly can't figure out if it's even working or not. I can't figure out if it's even installed correctly. I don't get any updates from my computer or anything. I seriously could not recommend this product.
