always hard to tell - did you need it? maybe - maybe not

This product is satisfactory, and we had no trouble loading it on laptops, but have not been successful at loading on tablet, but that is more likely operator error. Software was very helpful with stopping internet ads that were plaguing our laptop, which Norton was not helping with.

It was already installed on the laptop it on last for 30 days

The ability to choose the dates and times of each scan is a very convenient tool with Webroot. The ability to install Webroot on 3 devices within the subscription is a generous and cost effective way to protect multiple devices. It does what it was created to do.

It has turned out to be a great product. Initially, I had trouble managing my passwords since I did not know how to do it. I went to my local Best Buy store, and a Geek Squad member showed me how to do it. I do have to go back and see them since I am unable to load the latest Flash version on my computer since an error message comes up and have to find out what is causing this. I know that it will be fixed.

It does what it suppose to do. Nothing too exciting to say.

Webroot Internet Security really has impressed me. After using 4 different competitors over the years, I have finally found a program that does what it says it can. In the past I would try the free program and than after buying the program, I found the paid program did not perform like it said it would and one even allowed viruses and malware in. So far, Webroot has kept my system clean, very impressed.

Easy to install. When scans are ran does not affect what you are do in g on the computer.

Webroot was easy to install and provides Internet Security for my new computer.

This was included with the computer for a 6 month free trial. So far, it has been easy to set up, scanned our computer quickly (it is new so little on it). Can't comment on it's detection abilities as we haven't had it long enough or it's ease of use if there is a problem or infection..
