When I took my computer in for service, the tech found several viruses still on the computer in spite of having Webroot. Apparently does not do a very good job of detecting and removing all viruses.

I always id myself up front as not at all tech savvy and it's a draw whether the person is understanding or not. I have not had that problem with Best Buy . I will stick with Best Buy products because they appear to care and understand.
