I would never ever get this or use the geek squad ever again. Don't be fooled into paying for coverage that you won't use or something that an online product that is free can remove. I was totally disappointed with the service and the product. Shortly after the geek squad installed this product it scanned and worked for the first day after that it got stuck and wouldn't reload or rescan, when I took the laptop back geek squad wanted the pc for 3-5 days to solve it! at this point it told them not to worry. shortly after this i uninstalled this product and deleted. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS! WASTE OF MONEY. If there was a zero star option I'd be selecting!

I am very sorry that you have had a bad experience with the software.
Any time that you have an issue with the software you can contact our support team and they can remote in and resolve this for you without having to take your PC anywhere. It sounds as if the initial Webroot installation was corrupt, or there is corruption on the system itself.

It was very frustrating. The problems I initially called about were fixed by someone else via remote connection. So ultimately, I paid $200 for the WebRoot download.
