I was told when I bought the computer that virus removal etc was already installed. I took it in for a check up and I was told my webroot had not been installed. Haven't had any problems so far. This has been a great product.

Webroot is unlike any other Antivirus available. We use a cloud based architecture instead of definitions which allows us to also be the quickest antivirus available. I would advise giving it a try as it it not comparable to any other Antivirus.

The active agent does a pretty good job of monitoring the active processes on the PC. Very useful utilities, and the real time protection is adequate. The web guard is very vigilant, and will definitely stop a bad download or connection dead in it's tracks. Overall it is a pretty good program.

This one was recommended by Best Buy technicians. It works well and quietly in the background and is less intrusive than some of the other competing programs. All in all I am pleased.
