I use many SW applications tools in my line of work and on a number of occasions it blocks me from downloading that I find difficult to get around, so much so that I have to completely open the firewall. I know that’s one of the primary purposes of this tool (protect from malware) but these are applications from trusted developers. I scan with a number of other security apps frequently with no problems found, so I’m quite confident in my sources (SourceForge). Not finding a simple way to white-list an application or website so I might be de-installing this security tool soon.

Sourceforge is not a reliable source of software and is classified by many companies as a malware distributor now.
If something is detected that you do not want to be, all you need to do is click ignore and that automatically creates a whitelist rule.

It saved my devices from harm often. Webroot is very quick and easy to install. I let a salesman talk me into another brand of security for my devices and I was not happy. I will never make that mistake again.
