Will have to wait and see for several months if it really works well. I was not so happy with the cost and confusing options with Norton and wanted to try something different. I'm happy.

Seems to work well

I had planned to run another AV product, but this seems to work fine. Pretty neat that this will run on Mac, PC, and Android devices.

I just got a new laptop and the Geek Squad had my info and was able to install this security system easily. That was terrific!!!!

Price on it was pretty good to. Norton antivirus is a little to expensive and it slows down the computer too much.

It's okay

The product key was using the numbers 6 & 8 along with the letter S and a small font. I couldn't figure out what letter our number was what when trying to activate the code. Luckily Best Buy sent me an email giving me a digital installation key which I was able to use. Still it was very annoying for WebRoot to not realize that their font type and similar appearing characters would get blurry..they should have avoided using such characters in their code. The lack of this foresight makes me wonder about the product design. I don't plan to continue using the product once the free trial period ends.
