I did not purchase this suite, but rather had it come along with a laptop I purchased at Best Buy. That being said, it's a pretty decent little security suite, especially compared to some of the other bloated disasters like Norton or McAfee.

Was happy the antivirus Webroot was included with purchase but was disappointed thaqt it was only for 6 months not a year, which was the deal with the last laptop I bought from Best Buy 3 months ago. I have purchased 3 laptopsw in the past year.

do I have used web root for a year now and have had no problems with viruses. this is very important obviously. my purchase was easy, set up was done by geek squad and was painless. I have used several best buys in my area and have found most employees at all stores to be helpful. I would and will buy web root in future..

this security software is great It does not slow up your computer

This product is easy to use compared to Norton as it will automatically scan my computer without user action. This software was recommended by a Best Buy Associate and the only acceptable result is to have a computer without viruses. The passage of time is necessary to know if it is effective which will determine my satisfaction. One thing I am unhappy about is the associate told me it was O.K. to wait before installing and that my one-year subscription wouldn't begin until I did so. This was incorrect as the subscription begins at purchase date so I am disappointed with the information supplied me by the Best Buy Associate.

You cannot beat "free." This software came with laptop purchase.

Haven't had my WEBROOT long enough to really rate it yet. The PC came with MacAfee and I don't know how to delete it yet. From some of my friends they sat WEBROOT is better than my previous Protection which was Norton. Only time will tell.

This software installs easily and works great, all at a good price.

I have this installed on both my laptop and home computer that everyone in the family has access to. I have always uses the free versions of firewall protection and eventually end up with some sort of issue. Not with webroot. Its worth the price.
