My other desktop is running very slow on webroot and fios. I don't use the internet with much with my new HP and work off line most of the time.

My old desktop I had Kirpersky and that worked fine but the salesman recommended webroot. I clicked on something very bad on my Toshiba and it took me and webroot an hour to get rid of it. I was almost ready to call the Geek Squad. So this worked great. Don't get fooled by those adobe look alike fake click me!!

I have installed this software in 3 of my devices and it was relatively quick and easy. Haven't seen it do its job yet (less than a month use) but its great to have this protect my devices especially having children use these devices as well.

You have to pay for it after the first year - basically the same McAfee stuff that gets bundled into any machine these days. I just uninstalled and let windows defender take care of everything.

Webroot is offered as a promotion from Best Buy. Almost every major antivirus company requires a purchase or a subscription. We are sorry to hear that you will not be using Webroot.
