This is a great investment on an internet security protection. I bought because my previous protection had expired and decided to give Webroot a shot. I notice that my lap top was even faster after it did it's initial sweep. Love it!

Easy to install and very compatible with my laptops

I feel much better knowing that I have this Security Software installed on my computer. It keeps me protected as I surf the web and secures my identity when I am filling out forms and writing emails. I also like that it automatically detects issues and maintains my computer in the background so that there is no interruption in my activities.

Updates seem to come in quickly, however I have noted extended boot-up time is required for my Apple desktop after installing the software. For this reason, after the trial period is over I may uninstall this software.

Program was easy to install and updates daily. Certain functions, for better or worse, appear to repeat when updates are done, apparently providing a slower response time.

The product is well-intentioned: provide greater internet security for the people who use it. The problem is that its execution is bad, like everyone else in the field. Internet security isn't about large software packages blocking people from doing certain actions. It's about educating individuals to take care of themselves. This tool doesn't do anything to help the average person, and ends up just being a waste of money. You'd be better off spending the time learning about phishing and how you can protect yourself. That's where most of the malware business is these days, and that's something that this tool still can't protect you from.
