Installing Webroot was my best choice for security

easy to install and I expect to get great security from it.

Review of setup difficulty not too valid, since it was installed by Geek Squad as part of cleaning all the malware off my computers. I have always used anti-virus faithfully and don't open unfamiliar e-mails, but I still picked up some awful malware. So far this appears to be working far better than my more commonly used anti-virus program.

I haven't had any problems plus webroot is the best

This fixed my computer, however, when I purchased my computer I was told it was already installed so somehow the first one did not work and I had to spend another $200 to fix my computer and it was only 7 months old

Good antivirus product. Protect against many virus

This is an excellent product. I bought a Chromebook laptop from Best Buy and no longer need anti-virus software. Beforehand, with a Windows computer, I needed this product and found it helpful.

Easy to install and very user friendly and great protection

In the past, I've used various security programs on my computers, trying to combat viruses, malware, spyware, etc., but somehow managed to get caught anyway. However, since using WEBROOT, I haven't had that experience. The luxury of having three devices covered also offers peace of mind - for me and other members of the family as well.

I bought this computer 3 months ago and still have been unable to connect to the internet. The Geek Squad said there was nothing wrong with it. Hmmm. I also have an Apple. I have no problem connecting to the internet with it.

Webroot is a real disappointment. It may block viruses from the internet, but it slows my computer down to almost disfunctional. It causes my computer to lock-up, refuses to let friendly sites open (i.e., retail sites like Talbot), but lt lets junk mail through -- meaning I am constantly deleting unauthorized spam on my e-mail. I don't like Webroot at all and am surprised that BestBuy installed it on my computer (Geek Squad). Since I paid for it, I guess I will live with it for the next year, but certainly will not renew.

Since this was installed there has been no issues.
