My computer had another security system built in and set to go on a three month trial period. The trial period ended today. It was easier to extend the subscription than to figure out to install Web Root. I ran out of time because my CD device wouldn't or couldn't and didn't read the CD. I could have gotten help or taken it back to Best Buy for instructions. But the minutes ticked by with no result and by midnight I feared my laptop would turn into a pumpkin with no security. Sad but true. I took the easy way out. Shame on me. Clearly a case of Operator error. I can't recommend something I didn't use. When I return Web root to Best Buy, if someone takes the time to demonstrate where I went wrong, I'll keep it, and try again in 365 days. And now, it's time for me to play the 68 year old retired widow card.My cats take turns dancing on the keyboard and they're no help at all. Sorry.

I do know that when I hit a snag or something is "Hinky" the Webroot kicks in and tells me what to do, or just takes care of it by itself. What more could you want or need than that? I can also use it on my laptop. What a great feeling of Security !!!!!!!
