I have not been worried about viruses or internet use

This product is quick and easy to use. It will leave you feeling secure over your computer. It runs scans about every 24 hours but you can choose to scan your computer earlier if you wish. It only took a couple minutes to download and was extremely simple to understand even if you're new to technology.

Being that you should have some sort of security on your computer, this product came in handy. It was free with the purchase of a laptop (thanks bestbuy) it works great and I haven't had any viruses!

Another major benefit of Defender is that is updates itself (in the background) so you are always assured of being protected against the latest threats. IF you want to add more protection to your computer but you like the positive benefits of Defender, Webroot is one of the best options out there.

The first computer I bought died on the 6th day. Best Buy (ignoring my wishes) put the money back in my account which meant that I had to wait 2 days before purchasing another. This computer is great! I'm not impressed with Best Buy's service in this instance although I have had good service in the past.

Store and employees and geek squad very helpful from selling me my computer, installing programs, and helping me with questions when I needed answers. The Geek Squad is continuing to be very helpful whenever I call them.

too many of my programs won't run with webroot turned on - getting fed up with having to turn it off everytime I use a .exe program. I set them to allow and it still interferes. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I think this is probably a good product, and it is easy to install that's for sure. I don't necessarily need it since my mac is highly resistant to viruses and such anyways, but it is nice to have still.
