Frankly i have no use for this product. There is no need for subscription software now in these days. I use a free version of Avast Antivirus and it's very good. There is no need to pay for subscription.

Replaced macafee virus program. Computer works faster and it does. Seem to catch viruses before they become a problem. The system requires no work on my part.

Webroot Antivirus has been making a 0.068% average impact on my computers and Android devices (Actually Percentage may vary upon your devices). I would definitely recommend it to people who have low end computers and or smart devices. also the price is in a comfortable range that can't be beat.

I don't use was part of package deal. From what I have read is a very good service from Geek Squad. If don't have a Security or need service would feel comfortable using. Just because of Geek Squad reputation.

I previously had installed McAfee, which not only did not protect me from the 383 viruses the Geeks just cleaned out of my computer, but was also slowing down my computer significantly. Webroot seems to have taken care of that speed issue along with keeping my computer "cleaner." Thanks!

I chose this product as part of a package deal and so far it has worked out well. We have even been able to add other computers to the account, so it can protect more than one device. Thumbs up!

I have yet to use this software because I still have an active account with another antivirus. I've heard that this software is one of the upper tiers of antivirus software. I can't wait to try it.

I've come to the conclusion that Security Software is pretty much all the same. My experience has been that most folks just use whatever comes with their internet access suite. I have used McAfee, Symantec, Kaspersky and a boatload of others. The main thing for me is automation. Just work. Don't make me search for and download definitions or anything else. If there is a bug, virus or whatever just deal with it. Don't bother me with quarentines or anything else. Kill the bug and do it without fail. While not perfect I believe Webroot comes pretty close.

It's been a few months and it does not appear as though I have any viruses on my computer. I have never used web root before so I was hesitant to use this product but it seems to work effectively.

I honesty haven't used this on my MAC as I didn't really see a need for it since APPLE pc's come with already great virus protection, but Ive used this before on windows pc's and it worked fine.

I installed this on a normal PC as an alternative to Norton and I have to say it has been effective and does not slow down my PC like a Norton product It has caught some obscure torrent based Trojans, as well as website based malware and it doesn't freeze up while running a fix, like Norton does. Easy install

Not much for virus software. Always believe they don't do much on phones and tablets, but I have been proven wrong. Programs have been blocked that were hazardous. Renewal so far seems eminent.

This is my new favorite security subscription. It runs quietly in the background without constant bother, unlike McAfee who has constant pop up and questions. This runs and does it's job well.

I had this on a computer for over a year...and my computer went down with viruses...made me wonder if it was good enough...one of the reasons I got a MAC computer...I was told they do not get viruses as easy...

Most recently have used Norton which I like a lot although tends to slow down the computer. This program was part of the computer package so will give it a try.

Last night when I started to run a check on my computer, a note popped up that I had to renew for one year for $29.95. I didn't click on it because I just renewed Feb. 12,2015. I wonder why this happened?

I love Webroot, it gives me the peace of mind, knowing that my computer is protected. I will renew when it comes up for renewal. I do not know what i'd do without it. my files would not be safe. Best Buy was great in suggesting this type of protection.I know what ever I do on my computer, I can do it with ease.

First of all everyone needs to realize no program can catch all the bad stuff out there but this is doing a reasonable job. It hasn't had any glitches for me and it works nicely in the background.

I have not used many web security software products except for McAfee web advisor but in all this works really well at notifying you when you come to a suspicious website or download something.
