I had never really used anything other than Norton before this but it came free with my computer so figured why not. Haven't had any issues with it since I installed it. Have never been bothered by the software with pop up windows and such. Will probably continue to use this software on my computer!

Best Buy offered to install my software purchases before I left the building. I feel confident that this program is working well. I am notified immediately if someone is trying to hack my unit, and I am able to personally block the access of an annoying hacker. I like being a part of the decision process.

Have been able to go to the web root and run the software if needed to check for viruses even after the auto scans. On occasion have located and eliminated the virus when needed.ease of use is is great.

I have a windows 7 Asus laptop with about 700G HD and about half that available and it took 1m26s to scan my whole computer and the 111 processes. Most full scans from past experience with other antivirus software would take 15 to 20 minutes. This software is so fast in comparison.

I am happy with the product. Although, when I purchased a computer, the customer service did not add this product. Thus I had to go back to get one, If this did not happen, then you may have got 5 stars.

This virus protection pretty much covers all the bases, sometimes too good. A lot of the websites that offer downloads, get checked quite well, as well as Norton's but doesn't lag your computer down.

Not the best antivirius, but it gets the job done. The best part about this was that it was free with my laptop purchase. I now have protection for up to four devices at no additional cost.

It is hard to tell if this software service is beneficial. My netbooks are still running slow, to me. One keeps saying that it is performing updates. I really cannot give a better rating right now.

Great product runs quietly in background. Take the 3 year deal when you get to the register. I was looking to replace the yellow box product that would have been crazy expense to renew.

I think so far so good; I have not had any issues with unwanted viruses so I think this is working nicely. I have had the same product on other laptops and never had an issue with them.

This protective program is designed to do its work behind the scenes. We have to do nothing to activate it or monitor it. We are trusting it to protect us from any and all cyber-attacks!

It was free with a computer I bought. I haven't actually used it. I doubt others have, either. But it's free and I suppose the box is pretty.

Received free with purchase of Apple IPhone and since I already have malware software installed on my computer I have note tried this product.

So tired of name brand antivirus programs invading my system. Some of those programs are worse than a virus. I am very pleased with Webroot, it does it's job with out interrupting mine.

Webroot is a good basic security program. Other security programs have never found hidden malware in it (unlike other, more well-known programs). I would definately recommend this product.

I use other security software, but this came free and I tried it. No problems I could see, but I went back to the software that I've been using for years

Webroot AV is always a step ahead when browsing to prevent me from questionably unsafe sites. While it works in the background to keep me safe, I haven't noted any degradation in speed....and it does a good job on rating the relative safety of each search options. So far, so good.

This was very easy to set up and I did it on both my phone and new laptop. It runs in the background on my phone and lets me know if an app or something that I'm using may be dangerous, which I like.

I've been using this product since it came with one of my computers and don't think I've had any real problems. I have the Geek Squad clean out my computers once a year and all seems good.

I love how this program works so quietly in the back and scans websites and cleans out excess junk on my laptop!!! I've never used this brand before but it appears to be working great!!
