Like any antivirus software it works, but you have to renew & repay. Why I personally went to Apple/Macs years ago now. Just need Windows Machines for the kids' homeschooling software

Webroot has an extremely simple interface to work with, great technical support and does an awesome job of getting rid of any little bugs on my computer before they cause an issue. This is the 2nd year in a row I have used it and the 4th computer I've used it on, and it has yet to disappoint me

I chose to have MalwareBytes as my internet security Not that there is anything wrong with this product I would think it works good. It came with the HP desktop I purchase at BestBuy.

Decent antivirus software but the tools are lacking and not easy to use. It could be written better easier to use and do more things. Just OK during free trial but not worth buying.

My purchase came after service obtained from The Geek Squad. So far, so good - I haven't had any problems since the protection was installed. I had had so many problems with my laptop, the Service Dept corrected my problems and I was glad to take advantage of their recommendation.

This item is an internet security program recommended by Best Buy along with renewal of the Geek Squad maintenance for my computers. I've had it in the past and never had and problems.

I might suggest putting the product code number in a different place on the packaging. I destroyed it trying to open the package. Fortunately you sent me the number I needed in an email.

The software came as a bonus with a purchase. We got it setup on two laptops and scanned one of them immediately. The scanned one revealed three hidden viruses and blocked those right away. Now we feel fully protected, plus no slow systems, it works silently in the background.

Overall, good. A little gory at times, but that's what the ratings are for, eh? Would have liked more character development, but the action was great.

We have been very pleased with Webroot Internet Security. It is worth the money. We have installed it on our desktop, laptop and IPad. We do a lot of international travel so felt the need to add to the Ipad Air 2. No complaints. Also appreciate the Geek Squad support that we have used with it.

I am not fond of virus protection services at all. I believe they are a necessary evil. They all slow you down. This one is probably the least offensive.

Seems to work well. I have been alerted to possible dangers in the past and Webroot removed the threat at my request. Geek Squad service that accompanies this product could use some improvements.

Pretty easy to set-up "plug and protect" process, providing superior Internet security protection. I've used this program for a few months so can't compare it to the competition. However, it works out to be much cheaper to buy the other software each year than to renew my existing subscription.

I have been using Webroot for several years now. It was recommended by a sales associate and I couldn't be happier with it. It totally runs in the background and never pops up without a reason (which is seldom). I have not had any problems with my computer since installing Webroot.

It's not really fair to answer ease of installation as I had it installed by the Geeks. They were great. It's too bad we need this kind of protection, but I'm glad it's out there to save my identity.

I had already used this on my other lap top with flawless results so it was a no brainer to choose for my other lap top when it became time to up grade the operating system on it. So far it has gave me the same trouble free performance and I would recommend it to any and everyone.

This security system came with a computer that I purchased. Have not had any complaints with the software. Only complaint is that I will need to purchase another software in six months.

Came free with the purchase of a hard drive, so price was perfect. Looked like it required a monthly ongoing fee however, once installed.

When I purchased my laptop, I was told that for around three dollars more I could receive Webroot free for 6 months. The salesman failed to explain to me that I would receive an email several days later to instruct me on installation. So I guess I was supposed to use my computer on WIFI without an antivirus. I called Webroot after hunting for a phone number and allowed them to remotely access my computer to remove the prior installations of antivirus I found on cnet download and add it to my computer. That process took three hours because of other callers ahead of me.

When purchasing our new PC the Best Buy Associate ran through all the protection programs and they all seem to do the same thing for the most part. When I asked which he used he told us he uses WEBROOT. We had Norton prior to this and this program does the same for less money.
