Not told that Webroot expired one year from date of purchase. We lost several weeks of security , thus will never buy another security item from store. Salesperson should be honest and explain.

I put this on my new computer and my wife's computer, and it found something immeadiately, in which I question what the current virus protection is doing. Easy to install and good value for money

Can't say enough how much we love having webroot. We are heavy web surfers and this gives us peace of mind on all our laptops. Setup is easy and warnings are almost immediate. As cautious as we try to be, there's always peace of mind when we're browsing the net. We are very happy with this product.

We installed Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security on a new PC we purchased our son who is going to college. The application is working great and reminds him when it's time to update the software.

I received a free year of Webroot but didn't actually need it since I still had other units under warranty and could add on but still cool that I could take it home and setup onto another older unit.

Webroot is reliable, but I hate to say that some ransom-ware got past it on my NEW laptop. I had to reset it. Other than that, been with Webroot for years and have never had a problem.

This is the first time I have ever used this product. Never had a need on a Mac Computer before and cannot tell the difference between using this product and not using this product.

I was a little hesitant to install. I have only used Norton in the past. However Norton has been slowing my computer down and continuously gives pop ups on my screen so I thought I would try this.

While shopping for a good virus removal program I was unsure of two different brands offered. Since I do very little online business the sales associate made Webroot a perfect fit. It can be used in up to three different laptops, updates automatically, and is very user friendly.

I had to move the installation to another device that was replaced under warranty. Best Buy was unable to tell me how to do that. I had to call Webroot tech support who talked me right through it.

I always wish the memberships were longer than the 'standard' one year but I guess that's how they make their money :-/ Overall, no complaints- does a great job protecting my devices!

When my laptop computer froze-up, I took it to BestBuy in Mansfield,TX for repairs. One of the things I opted for was for this security software to be loaded on the laptop, Seems to be working well.

This was "free" with our tablet purchase however if this wasn't free I certainly would not pay the MSRP. I mean there are a plethora of free anti-virus software that compare to or rival this.

Seems to do the trick for protection. I like it better than others on the market. However, sometimes it's TOO secure and I have to spend extra time "telling" it to let me proceed.

To me, as long as you don't get any viruses, it works just fine. The Best Buy sales associate recommended this one, because he uses it. And it works just fine. Nothing to special, nothing bad.

I have not had a virus or ant issues so I would say it works good so far. I just wish I didn't get the pop ups with the notifications while I am using my computer with customers.

Don't ever use McAfee or Norton. This is a very good slim memory usage program. It was recommend to me by IT friends before I got it free with purchase. No issues or problems so far.

Was recommended when computer was purchased, Haven't had any problems with it "Geek Squad" installed and updated computer when purchased. Have had no problems since purchase works very well computer runs great no slowdowns and no problems with spyware or malware. Can't ask for anything better

I like some quiet anti-virus software which could do its job in the background and notify me with user friendly message only when really necessary. Webroot meet my requirements.
