I like it, was surprised that Best Buy was not offering Norton any more, but in the bigger scheme of things you get a better deal because you are able to install it into 3 devices at the same time.

I got this at the urging of the Geek Squad who was closing our purchase. I could not get him to understand that there would be fantastic protection on this new computer since I had contracts that would follow from c0pmputer to computer. This same fellow asked what the computer wouldbe used for, I said internet, correspondence and writing He came with a microsoft office card and said "Here is what you need. It wasn't right, Microsoft made me buy word as a free-standing program. I won't do business with that clown again.

I am not too picky when it comes to security, nor loyal to any one brand. I recieved this for free when I purchased my laptop and so far it works.

I have had Webroot security for my computer for over a year now and I have never had any problems, not even a single pop-up. I recently had the Geek Squad install it on my smart phone. It warns of possible dangerous sites or apps before downloading. Also love that you can use on up to 3 devices.

we purchased the webroot product at the brownsville tx. store when we bought our last computer. the folks there were extremely helpful and knew exactly what they were doing. they also took the time to explain everything to us. will definetly do business with them again.

I ran this for a bit but never saw it flag anything. I ended up going back to my standard approach of doing all browsing with Chrome + Adblock Plus, which I've never had any issues with.

I got this because it came with my laptop but its only a 6 month free trial. It does well, works similar to Norton; it tells which website is safe and it auto scans in the background. But to be honest I wont buy it, id rather use the free windows defender on my windows 8 and it works well too.

Received with our laptop purchase and seems to be just as effective as the McAffee product we use on our other devices. Would consider purchase after the trial subscription is over.

I find it as good as any of the other security packages out there and it allows me to have three computers covered. That would be my own two and my daughters. Today, they all come after you for a yearly contract or upgrade, so this is no different than any others.

Main thing I like with Webroot is that they keep the Virus definitions on their server. This way, they just use the internet to scan your PC for infections and heuristics. This, in turn, does not slow my computer down nor hijack it and give me trouble using the internet.

I like the idea of security for my phone and I appreciate getting some. Some is the key word. The service does not last long enough for me to determine if it is worth a purchase.

did research on three brands and chose HP because of its reliability and I have had success with HP in the past. They have added a few bells and whistles which are not necessary and a lot of screen garble which takes getting used to. All in all I would purchase it again

Using Mac products all my life, have never had to worry much about viruses. But times change. Mac now has Intel, and we have a PC, too. This product is supposed to protect all. So far, so good!

The virus scan package was suggested by staff when I came to get my computer cleaned. I don't know that purchasing this product was any more useful than using my previous virus scan software.

I have a "lifetime" security software" contract for 2 computers, my 3rd laptop was not covered, until the "Geek Squad" fixed me up w/ "WebRoot"- I'm very happy w/ it, it's very thorough, runs quietly and has many features my "other program" does not have - Thanks Geeks!!

We were using another product and our hard drive was corrupted and so we took it to the Geek Squad. They recommended this brand of internet security and we have been very pleased. It has caught files that have been sent through emails, etc., and gotten rid of them right away. Good Job Webroot!

Had Norton 360. It was a memory hog and expensive. My computer jammed up from time to time with Norton. No such problem with Webroot at this time. It installed fast and without complications.

Have head other computer protection bur everyone of them still let my computer get infected..this stops it and shows when it has it did.makes me feel I am safe from all those who are constantly trying to get in and harm my computer..will definatly renew when due and will refer this to others.

I'm running webroot on a computer that is used strictly for personal business and education. i.e. no streaming, no torrenting, no illegal downloading or anything like that. Only trusted sites. That being said, I've never had a problem so Webroot seems to be doing great.

Caught a virus on my MB PRO (FBI Virus). Geek Squad fixed it by reseting my MB. Installed Webroot after fix. Webroot caught the next before I infected the laptop!!! :-D Works as promised...
